We're a small studio on Philadelphia's Main Line, in Wayne. We build apps the way we run everything else: deliberately, with AI used where it earns its place and left out where it doesn't.

Built, not just advised

We design, build, test, and refine — then keep improving with real use. Some of what we build is for clients. Some we build in-house, which is how we learn what actually holds up.

Two we've built

Nest Jeanie — an AI-powered home-management platform. It gives homeowners one place to track maintenance, documents, vendors, and decisions, with gentle AI that surfaces the right detail at the right moment. It taught us something simple: people don't want more alerts. They want situational awareness.
